This report contains some study cases gathered via testimonies shared by parents and students who are beneficiaries of the program. This cases show the perception of parents who have noticed important changes in their children's daily interaction with their social environment. Thanks for supporting the program.
Case 1: Zoe's mom says her daughter is now able to detect with more frequency her own judgemental comments in her conversations as well as in her personal relations with friends and family members. Once she notices it, she has the ability to correct her stance in order to be less judgemental.
Case 2: Marco has increased his participation in class activities. Also, when explaining something, he shows more clarity in his ideas: he can connect topics with examples of his own life, and then share them in class.
Case 3: Elián uses meditation on his daily activities to solve some dilemmas.
Case 4: Samantha is a girl with certain family and heatlh ( thyroid ) issues, so she manages his fear or anxiety with meditation, to calm herself down.
Case 5: María José says she, now, is aware of some value judgements she expresses when talking to cousins and grandparents; and every time she modifies them into opinions, because she realize is talking then, about it’s mental object.
