It is a joy for us to share with you the fruits of Innovate, a transformative experience that was made possible thanks to your support and trust in our mission.
In a country where opportunities do not always reach every corner or every person equally, Innovate emerged as a natural evolution of Juventus, our flagship program for high school students in vulnerable contexts. Thanks to the experience and learnings gained through Juventus, we realized we needed to go beyond geographical barriers and reach more girls and young women who, due to distance or lack of resources, could not access quality training opportunities.
This is how Innovate was born: a modular, semi-personalized diploma program supported by digital tools that replicates and amplifies the impact of Juventus and breaks down geographic barriers, allowing us to reach different regions across the country.
During the final months of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, Innovate trained 200 young women from Bogotá, Fusagasugá, Silvania, Villavicencio, and Barú — territories marked by economic, social, and educational vulnerability. Through Innovate, we promoted entrepreneurial skills and strengthened their autonomy, leadership, creativity, and technological abilities, always with a deeply human and personalized approach.
Over the course of four modules, participants embarked on an inner journey: they discovered themselves, identified their talents and interests, learned to dream with their feet on the ground, and designed real solutions to transform their communities. They also acquired basic financial tools to make their projects sustainable and, most importantly, they understood that serving others is the essence of true leadership.
One of the most meaningful moments was the in-person gathering, where girls from different regions came together to share their learnings, celebrate their achievements, and put into practice values such as teamwork, empathy, solidarity, and active listening.
The results speak for themselves: 89 girls successfully completed the program and received a certificate endorsed by Universidad de La Sabana, a higher education institution recognized for its academic excellence in Colombia. For many of them, this represents a huge step towards new educational and professional opportunities that once seemed out of reach.
Thanks to Innovate—and above all, thanks to you—we have shown that when education breaks down barriers, it becomes a powerful tool to close inequality gaps and open doors to hope.
We look to the future with great excitement. This is just the beginning: during the second half of 2025, we are preparing to take an even bigger step by offering our participants technical training programs that will strengthen their employability, enabling them to graduate with a double qualification as high school graduates and technical workers. In this way, we reaffirm our commitment to continue transforming lives and communities, one young woman at a time.
Thank you for being part of this dream. Behind every participant there is a story of effort and resilience that today feels closer than ever to becoming a reality.
