Designing a Mentoring Curriculum

By Sarah Lance | Operations Manager

AGE Africa has been truly lucky to have the time and dedication of 5 interns who traveled to Malawi over 3 months to help AGE assess the realities of girls' education and career development on the ground.

As a result of their hard work, AGE is now ready to design a stronger and more robust mentoring curriculum for our scholars over the coming year. Once piloted with our existing scholars, we hope to expand to a larger constituency throughout Malawi.
