This project will allow us to have activities with the children all year round, no matter how cold it is outside. The activities include helping them with homework, crafting, games, movie events, reading.
We have a house with 3 rooms that we can use for the children's activities. The house was severely degraded when we started using it, 3 years ago, with no bathroom, no power sockets, no heating, cracks in the walls and broken windows. We have now finished fixing the house, but we need to heat it to be able to use it during the Romanian winter months.
Installing a heating system will allow us to use the entire house through the colder seasons, from October to April-May.
This project will allow us to have more and more activities for the children in our community, from literacy programs to crafting events.
