"I'm going home to see my twin sister. I'm told she is a pretty little girl just like me. I'm excited. I've never been home, but she know's the place. We were born together, and I heard that I had some problems with my heart. I dont know about those things yet. But thanks to the nurses, doctors and folks like you, my heart is working great now. I heard them say that I gained 4 kg, (8.8 pounds). I don't knwo what that means, but I guess it's great, 'cause now everyone is happy.
Oops, gotta go. Thanks to donors like you, I survived!...thanks much."
