Life-Changing Heart Surgeries for Kids in Vietnam

Amazing partners!  We thank you.   Can you imagine, one hundred and sixty-seven families than you for giving their children a new chance at life?  Yep, yes, indeed, 167 children have received sponsorship from people just like you.   We at MEDRIX are thankful, humbled, and grateful for your partnership. 

Now, today we have 10 more children who need life saving heart surgery.  You can be a partner Make your mark toward 177 children.  It costs about $500 - $700 to change a child’s life forever.  Do you have to give the whole amount?  Nope, you can contribute any amount you feel is appropriate, it is up to you.  

This is how it works:

• Very needy families whose children require lifesaving heart surgery are identified by medical heart specialists
• The pre-surgery clinical and personal support documents are gathered by the Medical Centers MEDRIX works with in Vietnam… and the medical center requests sponsorship for the child’s surgery and recovery
• The children are checked in the hospital
• Surgery is completed by pediatric cardiac surgeons who work daily children who have heart abnormalities.  
• The limited insurance available is applied and
• MEDRIX donors assist in supporting the needed surgeries. 
• You as a donor are receipted for you donations. 
• The money does not go to the child’s family, it goes directly for the child’s surgery and recovery days in ICU or CCU. 
• After the recovery period the child returns home with their parents to start a new healthier life!
