Hi all,
We constantly install new stoves in the communities of San Martin Jilotepeque. Even though we do that with other funds as we haven`t collected any more through this campaign. The good work continues though and by the end of 2021 we had installed almost 6000 healthy family stoves in the area. The families benefit from better health without breathing in the toxic smoke in their homes and a better family economy as they spend less money on firewood. Overall, the environment is also being protected by lower CO2 emissions and less firewood being cut.
