Thank you for continue to standing up with adolescent girls and young women in Cape Town, South Africa.
Your much needed support can help enable yoga and mindfulness classes to adolescent girls who have experienced trauma and/or other mental health conditions. Through this classes, girls can increase both their physical and mental health, and learn key life skills through Health Warrior's life skills and business management sessions.
With your support, we aim to provide young women in Cape Town access to an internationally accredited yoga teacher training course. Through this course, young leaders from economically disadvantaged backgrounds will be given employment opportunities in well-being professions so that they can then deliver mental and physical well-being programmes to adolescent girls in their local communities.
