This is a report to say good bye to all our supporters in Yogurt con Amor. With the COVID problem and the economic situation, the staff of Yogurt had to decide to close their doors. We are all sad but we believe that we did our best to educate and share about nutrition with many people in Matagalpa Nicaragua by producing a very tasty and creative yogurt and cheese
We want to thank all our donors for believing in us and really helping us to reach many different goals. We reached the goal to provide yogurt to mothers who were suffering from their treatments with chemotherapy, we were able to give nutritional support to children who were receiving therapy. We provided yogurt as a breakfast with fruit for the children in special education. We gave employment opportunities to people with a handicap and to their mothers also.
Most of all we continued to produce a nutritious product that had not existed in our city before we started. Our promoters continued to promote good nutrition and to sell the product in order to support our lunch program for people with a handicap.
