The project plans to map the region of the Buvuma Island and Jinja region within Uganda based on a health care access index across the landscape of the region. This project will allow for an understand of the health inequality of the region and analyze the root cause of this inequality.
The region of the Buvuma Islands is quite dynamic, and it is difficult to analyze the true inequality of health care access in the region.
This project will both give insight of the sources of the inequality in health care access as well as provide a understanding of the landscape of the inequality.
The project seeks to bring awareness to this issue, and to allow for the appropriate response to the situation at hand.
