Desai Foundation in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Gandhinagar organized a comprehensive medical health camp on 19th January 2020- Sanjeevani health camp. With a team comprising of volunteers from the prestigious IIT- Gandhinagar and Desai Foundation, the camp provided high quality health services to over 1000 children from neighboring villages. These children were provided with general health diagnosis, eye checkups, dental checkups and also received medicines.These camps are attended by medical professionals and doctors from local hospitals who then also take care of the referral cases. So far, this collaboration has provided quality checkups to over 5000 children living in the villages near Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
