In April 2019, the Desai Foundation conducted its health camp in Bharuch district, Gujarat. It was attended by over 500 children who were provided with high quality medical check-up services by the following doctors: General Physicians, Dermatologists, Gynaecologists, Orthopaedic, Ophthalmologists and Dentists. Additionally, there were also awareness stalls and puppet shows on first aid, personal hygiene, nutrition, safe drinking water, diabetes, tobacco consumption, cancer, sexual and reproductive health and waste disposal.
Desai Foundation is also excited to share some great news with our donors across the globe. We are expanding our project to two new states in India- Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
