We are delighted to share another encouraging update on Titi. In September 2026, Titi is expected to begin attending a special needs school—a new chapter that we hope will bring even more opportunities for learning, communication, and independence.
Following further genetic testing conducted outside Ghana, Titi was diagnosed with Aicardi-Goutières syndrome-1, Intellectual Developmental Disorder-47, and Kaufman Oculocerebrofacial syndrome. These diagnoses have helped us better understand her developmental needs, but they do not define who Titi is or what she may achieve.
Titi continues to surprise us with her determination. She is now walking better and can take steps without assistance. She is also making more sounds and attempting to communicate, although she is not yet able to form clear, understandable words.
We remain hopeful that, with continued therapy, education, love, and your generous support, Titi will continue to make progress and reach her fullest potential.
Thank you for believing in her journey.
