Charitable Organization Mother and child provides specialized burn dressings, medications, rehabilitation supplies, and psychological support to children aged 0-17 in Ukrainian hospital burn units - both war-injured and domestically burned during blackouts. In a country devastated by war, these children and their families are left without basic medical supplies. We deliver aid directly to hospitals across Ukraine, giving every burned child a real chance to heal.
War and mass blackouts have doubled burn injuries among children in Ukraine. Shelling causes direct burns; power outages force families to use open flames, injuring children at home. Kids aged 0-17 fill hospital burn units across the country. Most come from displaced families with no resources. Hospitals lack basic supplies. Without help, these children face infections, permanent scarring, and lifelong disability.
Mother and child provides burned children in Ukrainian hospitals with everything they need until full recovery: specialized dressings, medications, diapers, nutrition, clothing, toys, and psychological support - delivered directly to the ward, with no intermediaries. Every delivery is documented with receipts and photos. We report transparently to donors every quarter.
This project will support at least 50 burned children annually in Ukraine. Proper treatment prevents infections, contractures, and permanent disability. Rehabilitation supplies provided during the critical healing window allow children to return to school and normal life. Psychological support reduces PTSD risk. Each child who fully recovers becomes part of Ukraine's future - a country that needs every healthy child to rebuild.
