Happy Meals for Hungry Women and Girls

Thank you very much for your donation to our project providing happy meals to hungry women and girls. The series of natural calamities happening in our villages such as heat-wave and typhoons has caused poverty and malnutrition and we need to address this problems by implementing initiatives that provide food security and well-being. This reporting period we have directly provided food support to 80 women and girls in 1 village. Aside from food, we also provided seed packets of vegetable seeds in order for them to start their own home-gardening projects. Your continuing support to our initiative is most welcome. Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your support to our project providing happy meals for hungry women and children. This time is lean season in the villages as the extreme hot weather condition batter the villages. We hope that rain will come soon and bring relief and respite to the extreme weather event. They said that the culprit is climate change and this is a big issue nowadays but there is no clear solution in sight. We focused our effort during this time to helping our beneficiaries especially the elderly with food support as well as we are raising money in order to purchase vegetable seeds and fertilizer in time for the rainy season that the government weather bureau predicts to happen soon. This reporting period we are able to assist 50 elderly women with food support and hoping that you will continue to support us. Thank you very much.
