By Erin Knesek and Gabriel Maluak | Project Leaders
Dear Project Supporters,
The purpose of this report is to update you on how your dollars will be making an impact in the lives and health of many South Sudanese children, and also to express again our deepest thanks for your generosity. Without you, the work SESSO does would not be possible.
Current Project Status
While the goal of this project was set high to reach a total of 20 schools (12 junior schools and 8 high schools) with a total budget of $5,065, the nature of the project is such that SESSO can begin implementing the hand washing stations for as many schools as received donations can fund. Thus, with $485 collected thus far, SESSO will be able to fully implement two handwashing stations, complete with all of the necessary components, and training. This implementation is currently being scheduled with “Brilliant Academy” which serves 400+ students, and with “Bright Star Academy” which serves 185+ students, and will likely take place before the end of August. Please follow our Facebook page closely in the coming weeks for pictures and updates as these stations are implemented at these schools.
Plans Moving Forward:
Your generosity is making a difference in these children’s lives more than you can imagine. We thank you for taking this journey with us.
