• Keeping the lights on (per month). Reliable electricity means our team can work full days, charge devices, prepare community sessions and reach partners without interruption.
• Phone and internet. Connectivity lets us coordinate with volunteers, report to donors and partners, and keep in touch with the communities we serve.
• Cleaning services (per month). A clean, safe and welcoming office protects the health of our staff and volunteers and of the people who visit us.
• Office supplies and equipment (per month). Paper, ink, computers and everyday tools replace outdated equipment and manual processes, which saves time and improves efficiency.
• Printing, shipping and deliveries (per year). These costs cover the documents, materials and deliveries that reach our recipients and partners.
• Website and social media. Our online presence and technical support let us share our work transparently and use technology to deliver services.
• Compensation and benefits for two people. Stable support for core staff reduces our reliance on overstretched volunteers and helps prevent burnout.

Tight budgets have pushed us toward outdated equipment, manual processes and heavy reliance on volunteers. Each of these costs, once covered, frees our team's time and energy for the work that matters: reaching more people, running meaningful programs and following up with participants.
