With the money raised we delivered 100 survival kits to families affected by the earthquake. Those kits were delivered to the families by the America Solidaria Team in the most affected community.
The kits included basic daily health supplies for the families as well as educational supplies for children who would be affected by lack of school attendance.
The donations made through GlobalGiving also contributed to the installation of six mobile hospitals and the procurement of medicine and health supplements needed to attend urgent cases of people affected by the earthquake.
1,000 people were benefited by this donations during three months.
