Right now, Haitians are experiencing an overwhelming amount of stress, trauma, loss, and fear, as they experience things that no people, in any country, should. In addition to insecurity and gang activity, inflation, supply shortages, and the cost of living are making it difficult for people to survive, and we are seeing a dramatic increase in the level of vulnerability of families About 1.4 million Haitians are on the verge of famine, and more than 4 million require food aid.
This fund will play a crucial role in procuring vital supplies such as food and medical aid, as well as covering transportation costs to deliver them safely to affected communities. Additionally, it will enable us to expand our project, reaching even more families in need. In addition to material aid, we provide essential support services including psychosocial support and supporting local authorities inpreventing trafficking and separation.
