Hello To Our Eco Warriers,
While we have continued to running community outreach events where we invite young people from township and slum communities to come and learn about conservation while planting a tree we also teamed up with our partner project in bringing solar to townships. We have focused on Zimbabwe and South Africa over the past 3-4 months as we have been busy with engaging many young people.
With the support of donations 50 family homes in shacks have now been hooked up to portable solar power along with 20 schools meaning we are now providing renewable energy to over 3,000 people that previously was using grid power that is generated by burning coal!
