With over 75 projects around the world we have been working hard over the years to tackle global issues in many different ways but with limited funding and projects depending 100% on donations to tackle the issues, decisions have not always benefited our overall environment.
2022 is our year of change and this project we hope with your support will become the flagship of 2022! We kicked off this year connecting with all 75 projects and communities and we are educating and promoting the big issue of climate change. We have found that when we talk about temperatures that are currently predicted to rise above 3 degrees by 2100 and the irreversible impact this will have on our ecosystems, people are shocked and motivated to get involved. This proves to us that we still have lots more work to do! We can only stop this together and yet thousands of people still live unaware.
We have very limited funds left in this project with our recent spend on our innovative solar project in Zimbabwe and the purchase of re-usable plastic for our South African feeding project so our next priority is fundraising and driving donations while working with all our projects to get our community members reviewing their operations and how they can become carbon neutral or at the very least cut their carbon footprint in 2022.
We are seeing everyone very motivated to get involved and with 75 projects we are going to need to fundraise a large target this year to be able to implement as many iniatives as possible.
So How can you help? If you are in a position to donate then we would really appreciate your further support, if you are not already you could also become a monthly donor and even better GlobalGiving are matching your donation if you remain with us for a minimum of 4 months. We know times can be tough and so if you can't afford to donate you can always start a fundraiser and engage your network of friends and family.
