In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Keystone Accountability is offering a free micro-survey tool to support partners in collecting crisis-related anonymous and confidential feedback from their constituents. Keystone understands that it is difficult for partners to know what actions to currently take but from experience also knows that effective help will be informed by listening to what local partners think, and by understanding their experiences in their words. The free micro-survey tool focuses on creating a space for mutuality and collaboration to tackle the many challenges we collectively face.
Moreover, Keystone intends to aggregate the data collected by all organisations that have opted to administer the micro-survey to build a field-wide database. Keystone plans to produce an anonymised public report with the aggregated data from all survey responses to provide a global international aid sector view.
