Keystone Accountability has been continuing to work with social change organizations around the world to ensure they are harnessing feedback from the people they serve.
Over the last few months we have been doing development differently in Malawi through a series of social labs with our partners Youth and Society and Root Change.
We have also been working with a range of international non governmental organizations helping them to gather, listen to and act on feedback from their local partners.
In part in response to the #metoo movement and recent revelations of power abuses but development actors we are developing new tools to help social change organizations work better internally and ensure they are equitable, diverse and inclusive workplaces. We are working on gathering a cohort of international non governmental organizations together to take a survey we have developed which aims to uncover potential issues/risks around equity, diversity and inclusion.
We thank you for your interest in our work and your support.
