In 2016 , and as a result of the excellent achievements of the last edition, we are working with more participants. This year in partnership with El Gauchito de Tigre Foundation, located in a small town located in the north of province of Buenos Aires.
Our main goal is to intervene in the subjectivity of women promoting the development of new life projects.
How do we work?
Through a deep understanding of their family context, personal history, previous work experiences (formal and informal), self-perception, personal skills and attitudes, expectations and fears. As well as willingness to work in team, adoption of proactive attitudes, task responsibility, planning, division of labor, leadership, work-oriented results, commitment, among other topics.
We have planned a total of eight workshops, that are being coordinated by one of our directors, assisted by a member of our staff: Guillermina Gordoa and Victoria Rouco.
Eleven women are attending the workshops.
At the moment, we have already finished two workshops, in which the participants shared their expectations about the project, and take some time to know each other, promote confidence and define the main goals. For the first two workshops the main area is related to: Self Knowledge.
An example on the way that we approach this topic: Every women is encourage to build a self description in order to identify the representations that they actually feel better talked about themselves (negative and positive). With this material, we build a subjective map , that allows a deep anaylisis of the current subjetive position. This first diagnosis promote new and different perspectives.
