Sponsor an Orphan Child

By Ferdinant M. Sonyuy | Managing Director

Dear Supporters,

We bring to you update on the project sponsor an orphan child.

A new academic year has begun in Cameroon but in the restive regions of the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon, academic activities were suspended for two weeks and the entire regions were on complete lockdown from the 05th to 18th of September 2023. Notwithstanding activities are timidly resuming but then schools in remote areas like Kumbo are still a call for concern as the atmosphere is filled with losts of skepticism.

Education is still currently on paused in some areas. It is also worth noting that there are some evaluations ongoing to ensure that education continues either in Kumbo or transfered to a new site, continues making of arrangements with warring parties to allow our students to access education by securing the education site so that it can be well built for students to study. It is a disturbing situation with the war in Cameroon and we will keep updating you on how it goes.

At the moment, we will continue to raise funds to continue and as we need to do much to see that things push through.

Thank you.
