The "Make Motherhood Safe with Ultrasound Imaging" project is dedicated to improving maternal and child health by providing essential ultrasound services to women in our rural community in Gulu district - Northern Uganda. The recent arrival of an ultrasound machine at Karin Medical Center in Unyama marks a significant milestone in this initiative.
Thanks to the support from you our donors, we have successfully procured and installed an ultrasound machine at Karin Medical Center in Unyama. This achievement is a game-changer for the community. Previously, women had to endure long and arduous journeys to Gulu center to access ultrasound services.
While we celebrate the progress at Unyama, our work is far from complete. We are now focused on raising funds to purchase an ultrasound machine for Karin Medical Center in Agonga. Access to ultrasound services in Agonga is equally critical, as women in this region face similar challenges in obtaining necessary prenatal care.
We are counting on your continued generosity and support to help us achieve this goal. Your contributions will directly impact the health and well-being of mothers and children in Agonga by: Providing crucial diagnostic capabilities to detect and manage pregnancy-related complications early. Ensuring that mothers receive the care they need to have safe and healthy pregnancies and enhancing the overall healthcare infrastructure and trust in medical services in Agonga.
Thank you for your vital support.
