Give Prizes & Promote Learning for School Children

This project will support primary school children in Anambra State, with gifts such as stationeries, school bags, money etc, after their exams in order to encourage and motivate the best performing pupils. It is said that children of today are the leaders of tomorrow and as such, we must bring them up properly with the right skills, attitude and mindset to prepare them for future challenges. Your donation will help to create a healthy competition among the pupils, making them to read/learn more.

Nigeria has the highest number of out-of-school children in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most of these children are either orphans or comes from poor families, who find it very difficult to feed, talk more of sending these children to school. Some children who are already in school, are also dropping out as a result of finance and lack of knowledge of the importance of education. Without education, these children won't be exposed to new ideas and will find it difficult to make the right choices.

We will use the funds that would be raised through this project, to give prizes and support the best performing pupils after exams, in order to encourage and motivate them to read and learn more.

Long-Term Impact

This project will encourage these school children to read more and also stay in school. The more they read, the more they learn and will use their knowledge to improve people's lives and their communities.
