My daughters Evelyn and Annie attend Casa Emilie Xoxo. Evelyn has been here for five months, and I am very grateful because she has made great progress in math and Spanish. She learns many things and enjoys coming to the “la casita,” where she takes computer classes, participates in arts and crafts, music, and other activities. She also receives psychological support, vaccination monitoring, and meal service.
My daughter Annie also attends, and she had language problems that were corrected in just three months thanks to the therapy she receives at Casa Emilie. During this time, both she and I have undergone many changes. I have realized that I used to behave badly and did not pay enough attention to my daughters. I was focused on my own problems and did not see their needs.
Today I regret that, but I am also glad to have found the support I needed. Thanks to Casa Emilie and group therapy, I have learned to understand my daughters better and to accompany them with more love and attention.
I am truly grateful for the support you have given me and my family.
