The pupils in Ado Ekiti need textbooks and writing materials. Many pupils in Ado Ekiti are from poor families that cannot afford textbooks and writing materials. This project will procure textbooks and writing materials for the first 20 pupils. Our organisation has requested the school to submit the list of textbooks and other writing materials for the pupils in Ado Ekiti. The CLEF Global Mission will then award the first 20 pupils the textbooks from the project funding to support the pupils.
Pupils from poor families find it difficult to cope in the school without textbooks. Lack of textbooks and writing materials make many pupils to have poor performance because most of their classwork and homework are given in the textbooks, thereby making pupils to lose interest in education. This has led to many pupils dropping out of school and end up in the street. These out-of-school children later become cultists, rapists, arm robbers that constitute nuisance to the society.
This fund will help to supply the required textbooks and writing materials for the 20 pupils from poor families, this will improve their learning performance and also motivate the pupils to put more effort for success in education. The textbooks and writing materials for each pupil will be used throughout this academic session (2025/2026) for the period of 9 months.
This project will address the education news of children from poor family and poverty areas in Ado Ekiti. We have a team that partners with schools in Ado Ekiti to ensure that education needs are met through the donated fund. We have a vision to increase the number of the assisted pupils from 20 to 50 in Ado Ekiti in the next academic year The CLEF Global Mission will publish reports on how the fund is utilized.
