Challenge

It is well known that when you train a girl child, you train a community but there is a thin line to the actualization of this as their rights are often denied and unprotected, in addition to socializing them not to have a voice in decision making in their private lives and public spheres. This increases their vulnerability from HIV to trafficking, abuse, unwanted pregnancies, mental and psychological ill-health.

Solution

The GPI programme strategies are: 1. Strategic Communication (for Social Change) 2. Capacity Development (for Sustainable Action and Change) 3. Service Delivery (Health and Socio-economic) 4. Strategic Advocacy

Long-Term Impact

Breaking barriers that impede the ability of girls & young females to be the best they can be.
