Dear Donors,
Greetings from BREADS Bangalore! We are happy to come once again with new information of our project supported through your generous help!
With immense gratitude and joy we are happy to inform you that your donation has assisted to support 144 girls who were rehabilitated from the child labour situations. They completed the remedial education from our child labour rehabilitation centers and are now admitted to formal schools to continue their education!
We are happy to state that the project “Educate 100 rescued girl child labourers” has created a direct and positive impact on the life of girls in our 6 projects spread across the North Karnataka Region in India. The funds we received through GlobalGiving have reached the neediest children.
In the month of November all our rehabilitation centres observed the “Children's Day” to celebrate childhood and promote awareness about children's empowerment. This celebration was aimed to promote the well being of children and to uplift their social rights. Children's Day was celebrated with lots of programs, activities, games and fun. All the centres made it a festival for children. Various cultural programmes, campaigns, competitions, were organized to mark the day and make it a special one for the children. All the girl children supported under GlobalGiving project also actively participated and enjoyed the day.
We are thankful to you and your family for the support extended to the less privileged children who land up in our Shelter Homes by providing them with better nutrition, health care, education and recreational opportunities. Definitely, your support will make big changes in the life of the poor children by providing a better atmosphere and safer place to live in the society.
Once again we express our gratitude for joining hands with us for safeguarding the children who had lost everything in life.
