CHOC walks the lengthy treatment journey with beneficiaries by providing Psychosocial & Emotional Support, Practical Support: accommodation, transport, nutritional support, Carebags, Bereavement Financial Support serving 5979 beneficiaries annually.

In low & middle-income countries, the survival rate is between 15-20%, while in first-world countries it ranges from 80-90%. Key challenges affecting children's survival include later-stage diagnosis, lack of knowledge of the early warning signs of childhood cancer, & the deepened poverty families face when adhering to their child's lengthy treatment.
CHOC is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to children with cancer & their families. CHOC walks the journey with childhood cancer beneficiaries augmenting the medical treatment received in major cities and towns, alleviating the financial, emotional, and social challenges through: Psychological & Emotional Support, Practical Support: 13 child friendly houses serve as a home away from home for outpatient beneficiaries, nutrition, transportation, support & bereavement.
Relieve the financial burden low-income families living far from treatment centres, to ensure no children are precluded from accessing & adhering to treatment. Reduced malnutrition for beneficiaries through the provision of three daily nutritionally meals. beneficiaries. Children & teens with cancer access & adhere to treatment in paediatric haematology & oncology units in hospitals in major centres, to decrease the morbidity & mortality rates & the suffering of children.
