Reforestation with the Support of CorpoAyapel's Environmental Club and the Omacha Foundation

During the first semester of 2024, our reforestation efforts took a significant leap forward, thanks to the collaboration between the Omacha Foundation and our environmental club. Together, we planted approximately 350 trees on our premises and along the Los Emiliano stream. These actions are not only crucial for ecosystem restoration but also serve as a powerful educational tool for the youth in our community.

The educational impact of this initiative is fundamental. By actively involving 60 children in the reforestation process, we are cultivating a generation of environmentally conscious individuals. These young participants are not just planting trees; they are learning about the delicate balance of ecosystems, the importance of biodiversity, and the role they can play in protecting the environment. Durante el primer semestre de 2024, nuestros esfuerzos de reforestación dieron un salto significativo, gracias a la colaboración entre la Fundación Omacha y nuestro semillero ambiental. Juntos, sembramos aproximadamente 350 árboles en nuestra sede y en la quebrada Los Emiliano. Estas acciones no solo son cruciales para la restauración del ecosistema, sino que también sirven como una herramienta educativa poderosa para los jóvenes de nuestra comunidad.
