Summary

Gaza is on the verge of a famine due to ongoing blockade and food shortages. Thousands of children are showing signs of malnutrition, with hundreds at risk of starvation. Rebuilding Alliance is running 9 kitchens that provide over 25,000 hot meals daily. Help us do more. Help our kitchens respond to the emergencies they are seeing by providing life-saving aid: more food when suppliers have it, opening new kitchens, and addressing the exact needs of Gaza families, including shelter, clothing, etc

Challenge

After nearly 3 months of a total blockade, 2 million people in Gaza are experiencing catastrophic levels of hunger. Reports show that over 70,000 children are experiencing acute malnutrition due to a complete lack of food, medicine, and fuel supplies. Community kitchens and bakeries are now closing their cooking operations. Gaza families are in desperate need of humanitarian aid. Rebuilding Alliance is able to run community kitchens with the help of its CBO partners securing food supplies.

Solution

As food prices continue to rise and families struggle to afford a meal, your support is more crucial than ever. Every donation helps us keep our kitchens running, ensuring that thousands of people receive a warm meal each day. When available, RA sources food supplies, drinking water, wood, and cleaning supplies from local vendors and provides these to our Palestinian CBO partners and their cooking teams. Additionally, we provide salaries for our cooking teams and cover other operational expenses

Long-Term Impact

Inspired by Raoul Wallenberg's determination to save families one by one, the long-term benefit of these efforts in Gaza is not only immediate survival but also builds the foundation for rebuilding lives and communities. By providing food, shelter, clothing and assistance now, we help families hold on. Together we create the support to enable recovery, strengthen resilience, and empower them to rebuild Gaza's social fabric when they rebuild their homes. Your support helps preserve human dignity.
