We have been able to achieve wonderful things through this grant and as a part of our Furniture Replenishment Project! Since starting this project, we have purchased 100 mattress and box spring sets, 50 dressers, 30 couches, and 25 dining tables. This furniture has helped over 45 families get back on their feet. One family had been living in a tent or staying in their car if the weather was terrible. Many people had been sleeping on the floor since Hurricane Florence because their old furniture was destroyed. We are grateful for all the support! There is still lots of work to be done here to get everyone back to normal, and we are committed to helping as many as we care. Many are still in the repair process, and many more still just waiting their turn.
