Fund For Equipment is a project designed to help provide skills training equipment to EYES Technical Institute which will be providing compressive demanding skill training to young people. To address the urgent skills gap in Sierra Leone The following Entrepreneurship courses are offered; Hairdressing, Tailoring, Plumbing, Masonry, Welding, Auto machine, and Artwork design. These skills will help many young people to become self-reliance in three years and Impact over 1 million people in Sierra
There is a great gap in the skill supply in the labor market while a larger number of the youth population can not read and write and find it difficult to learn new skills to take care of themselves and family. EYES Technical Institute wants to address this challenge however is also challenged by finance to equip its institution so it can solve the problem of skill gal through technical skills dissemination in Geomaone community Bo Taiama highway Bo, Sierra Leone.
Find For Equipment will help to provide urgent tools and equipment needed to impact long-life learning to youth and make them entrepreneurs addressing the skill gap and labor supply in the market
The project is expected to directly impact over 1000 youth in 3 years and 1 million people in five years.
