Dear Friends,
The education system in South Africa is grappling with significant challenges. Limited resources have led to a situation where many schools can only provide half-day education to children. The lack of classrooms and teachers has resulted in a staggering student-to-teacher ratio, with approximately 50 children per teacher. Consequently, the quality of education suffers, and children with disabilities, such as poor hearing or eyesight, often go unnoticed.
Our team of experts is working tirelessly to address this issue. We have trained personnel and equipment that we take to schools and community events to conduct on-site testing for children. If a child fails the test, our team takes responsibility for scheduling follow-up appointments and ensuring the child’s attendance.
However, these efforts are costly. With current fundraising levels, we can only afford to conduct two school tests per year and provide further assistance to 10 students. We are actively seeking local partnerships for long-term funding to expand our work.
We’ve noticed a recent slowdown in donations. Your contributions are vital for us to continue this important work. We urge you to consider donating to support our cause. Your generosity can make a significant difference in the lives of these children.
Thank you for your continued support!
