We are very happy to share an important achievement with you!
During this stage of the project, we successfully completed the installation of sewage solutions for 20 selected families living in a vulnerable neighborhood. This improvement has already had a strong impact, not only on the families themselves but also on the entire community, since proper sanitation helps prevent contamination of the water they drink every day.
The neighborhood is located next to a river and most families extract water directly from underground wells. Without safe sewage disposal, these waters risk being contaminated, posing serious health concerns. Thanks to your support, families now live in a healthier environment and with improved quality of life.
The results have been so positive that the community, together with Madre Tierra, has decided to move forward with a second stage of the project to reach 20 new families.
In this next phase, our team will continue working from two perspectives:
Technical: with our architects and engineers, who will identify the best places and methods to carry out the works.
Social: with our community development team, who will prioritize the families in greatest need of this essential service.
We thank you deeply for making this possible. Together, we are not only improving basic infrastructure, but also building healthier and more dignified living conditions for families who have long been left behind.
