This project will allow Tigoung Nonma to financially assist it's members with their individual health conditions and necessary medical check ups, medication and operations; anything that is necessary for members to achieve better or maintain their health and well being. TN's members all live with physical disabilities which can aggravate physical and mental health conditions. Healthcare is costly and many members do not earn an income given the socio-economic conditions in country.
The problem is that healthcare is costly in Burkina Faso and many of Tigoung Nonma's members do not generate an income in order to pay for their health related needs.
This project will solve the problem by providing a fund to support individuals at the co-operative to pay for their health related expenses.
The long term impact will be increased life expectancy, better quality of life and better maternal, mental and physical healthcare access.
