Three months after closing a successful campaign we want to share that thanks to your donation we open two more groups of “Interacción Oportuna” early stimulation program supporting 20 more families in our Maternal and Child Center in Mexico City.
“Interacción Oportuna” is a program of early stimulation sessions with the objective of promoting a responsive relationship between parents and their children to create foundations that will build children´s whole future. Children under 6 years old accompanied by their care givers attend twice a week to multisensory and playful sessions, promoting areas such as gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language and socio-emotional skills, focusing in promoting an affective bond. In these sessions’ caregivers receive strategies for their children development reinforced with additional material that is shared digitally or printed (articles, songs, videos, exercises, among others).
We seek to improve children’s environments of relationships and experiences in their early years to promote their optimal development. We are sure about the economic and social impact as well as the enormous return on investment that exists when investing time, money and human resources in development of early childhood. Parents creating an affective bond with their children will open a world of possibilities to the infant so that they have a more prosperous and healthy life with greater possibilities of success and development in the future.
De Cero A Tres is building with families of communities of Mexico, a future with hope and equal opportunities for their children.
