Dear friends,
We are excited to announce that the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation's annual project in Peru is scheduled for December 2021!
FTPF is on a mission to support low-income families living along the Amazon and Napo rivers of northern Peru by supplying high-quality, perennial sources of income and nutrition through the planting of thousands of fruit-bearing trees. Many of these trees are selected due to their cultural and environmental importance in the region, while others have been chosen for their ability to fetch high market prices and support the livelihoods of participating families.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support this project through your donations here on GlobalGiving. If you are able to give, please consider doing so to help make this project a success. Additionally, if you are interested in joining FTPF as a volunteer on this project, please see our website to learn more: www.ftpf.org/peru.
On behalf of our partners and participants in the Peruvian Amazon, thank you for believing in the power of fruit trees!
