By Sarah Miller | International Projects Coordinator
To all of our wonderful Donors,
The project team with students from the University of Texas is leaving in two weeks for Cameroon to work with the community to community to plant 5,000 fruit trees and teach the local women to care for their orchard. Volunteers will also teach the women basic business skills to run a sustainable business from the surpluses in fruit. If you are interested in following our project this summer as we work in Cameroon, you may do so at this link: http://nourishinternational.org/blog/. We will be continually posting blogs about our experiences living and working with the community. Our project page will be taken off of Global Giving at the beginning of June when we make our final donation to the community. If you are interested in making a final donation your support would be greatly appreciated in the next two weeks.
Thank you for helping us engage students, empower communities, and eradicate poverty.
Sincerely,
Nourish International
