Thanks for your sustained contributions to plant fruit seedlings project in South Sudan.
By time of reporting:
Your cash helped to purchase 200 ecycalptus seedlings, 200 Indian Mango seedlings, 30 Avocado seedlings, 15 jackfruit seedlings, and 50 passion fruits. The project is advancing well, and we are hopeful the aim of this activity is attainable.
Hope Ofiriha will be distributing the seedlings to 100 families to plant a plan to fight global warming.
The project will be sending you a new field update after three months, to let you the progress your gift.
Our program simultaneously combats poverty and restore the environment. This year, in response to the obstacles, faced by farmers in Omilling, we defined our triple bottom line, people, profit and a planet (3Ps).
To meet the objectives of our 3Ps, we are focusing on fruit seedlings planting strategy, which generates sustainable economic, social and environmental benefits for a future.
A Farmer, who is halfway through establishing her new fruit seedlings nursery, began to see benefits within the first year.
We are asking you to donate $25 to give each family a fruit tree seedling as a Christmas gift to provide food for future generation.
