As you know, our free transportation assistance fund is just one of the ways in which Manos Unidas por Coatzacoalcos AC guarantees that a family like Dafne, Keren, Jair or Carolina has the resources and support necessary for their child to receive a life-saving treatment. Our association is committed to getting families where they medically need to be and giving children the best chance of survival by providing transportation service at no cost.
Our transportation assistance fund eases the financial burden of travel for families who have a child with cancer. This includes transportation expenses such as mileage on our vehicle, gasoline, utilities and maintenance as well as road fees and bus fare to the city where the hospital is located to receive treatment.
Manos Unidas por Coatzacoalcos AC offers a unique service in collecting, delivering patients to the Regional Hospital in Coatzacoalcos or Centro Estatal de Cancerologia (CECan) Dr Miguel Dorantes Mesa in Xalapa Veracruz or Hospital de Alta Especialidad in Veracruz or Instituto de Cancerología (INCan) in CDMX, and then returning patients to their home after treatment.
We infinitely appreciate every donation because every time you donate you give hope to our patients.
With love, thank you
