Project Overview

Kashif is a 12-year-old orphan who was forced into labor at a tea shop after the death of his parents. Trapped in debt bondage, he works long hours in harsh and unsafe conditions to repay a loan he never chose. Instead of attending school and enjoying his childhood, Kashif faces exploitation, exhaustion, and uncertainty every day.

Debt bondage remains one of the hidden forms of child labor, where vulnerable children are pushed into work due to family poverty and unpaid debts. Kashif’s case reflects the harsh reality many children face in marginalized communities.

The Problem

Kashif has no access to education, proper nutrition, or emotional support. His daily labor exposes him to physical and psychological harm. Without immediate intervention, he risks remaining trapped in this cycle of poverty and exploitation for years.

Children like Kashif deserve protection, education, and the opportunity to build a future free from abuse.

Our Solution

This project is designed to rescue Kashif from debt bondage by clearing the remaining loan that keeps him trapped in labor. Once freed, our organization will ensure his protection and rehabilitation through:

• Immediate release from child labor
• Enrollment in school for formal education
• Provision of food, clothing, and school supplies
• Basic healthcare and medical support
• Emotional counseling and psychosocial care
• Regular follow-up and family/community monitoring
