ii.Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
iii.Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.

v. Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons.
I thank FrankEve for the training they gave me which has also given me life of independency. Now am able to support my kids sisters to also go to school. FrankEve! My home, your hope and our future.
3. Grace Darko is my name. I am also a past student of FrankEve. I offered 3 years Fashion Designing Technology and I graduated with very good grades. At the moment am working at FrankEve as a Clothing Construction and Millinery teacher at the first year class. I will work for a year to save money and further my education at one of the Polytechnics in Ghana. I love FrankEve for the great work they are doing for the youth, more especially women in Ghana and some of the neighbouring countries.
FrankEve all youth have done well but we excel them all.
