Dubbed as “ConveRgeNce,” the college has prepared various learning sessions featuring different invited speakers who have the capacity to share their knowledge on the said specific topics. This is in lieu of the regular learning opportunities held in the classroom setting. Various topics will be tackled every Wednesday until March 2020.
Various speakers were invited to share their expertise on specific areas of nursing namely: Dr. Chanell Jan Concepcion on Qualitative Research with focus on Phenomenology; FUCN alumnus, Llopold Ceazar V. Geconcillo on Occupational Health Nursing and Unito Bondad on Infection Control.
The Wednesday Workshops are geared towards preparing the students nurses for the real world of work in the aspect of healthcare. The inputs given are meant for the students to acquire skills that are helpful and custom-fit for today’s work demands.
