We are pleased to share an update on the progress of our project with youth from the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System. To date, we have successfully conducted eight sessions, creating a safe and reflective space where participants can explore their voices through writing.
Throughout these sessions, we have been integrating a variety of elements—including creative writing exercises, emotional awareness practices, and guided storytelling—to support each participant in their personal process. These tools are designed not only to strengthen their writing skills, but also to foster self-discovery, accountability, and healing.
Our overarching goal is to guide these young individuals through a transformative journey that will culminate in the publication of a collective book, where their stories, reflections, and insights can be shared as a testament to their growth and resilience.
Due to the protection policies established by the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF), we are not permitted to share photographs or identifying images of the participants. We deeply appreciate your understanding, as safeguarding their privacy and well-being remains a top priority.
We are grateful for your continued support in making this project possible. Together, we are helping these young voices be heard and empowering them to rewrite their stories.
