Teaching someone how to do something is more helpful to them in the long run than just doing it for them. The full proverb is"give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
In our programmes to support the ensure #ZeroHunger we do not donate food items to vulnerable communities we serve but we work with them to set up and manage Sustainable Green Gardens and Farming Projects.
This is the case of the project with the Grace of God Orphanage home in Limbe, Cameroon that has ongoing till now after over 8 months a flourishing Vegetable Garden and Yam Horticulture Farms that is continuously providing them with organic food produces.
We hope you enjoy learning about our work and continue to stay engaged with our team.
Please consider telling your friends and family about our project(s)—you can share on social media, or just bring us up in conversation. Sharing with your community why you chose to support our organization will help us increase our impact.
