CONTEXT
This project consists of mobilizing a budget of the total budget of $24,800 to provide small vegetable garden for 400 orphans children families to grow, plant and harvest their own food to help ensure food security and their hope to eat.
PROGRESS STATUS
From April to July 2024, EJO TWIFUZA received funding equal to $160 from the GlobalGiving platform to support this project. The EJO TWIFUZA volunteers also contributed $200. From April to July 2024 the organization realized 6 small vegetable gardens for vulnerable orphans’ families at the total budget of $360.
From the staring of this project it is observed that 18 small vegetable gardens for vulnerable orphans’ families are funded. 12 was funded before March 2024 and 6 are funded from April to July 2024.
NEXT STEPS
EJO TWIFUZA target is to mobilize $24,800 to provide small vegetable garden for 400 orphan children family to grow, plant and harvest their own food to help ensure food security and their hope to eat.
But it observed that only 18 out of 400 are realized. This means that the work of fundraising for 382 small vegetable gardens for vulnerable orphans’ families continue in order to reach our objective.
